Board of Directors
The management and government of the affairs of TMHC shall be vested in a Board of Directors that shall consist of no less than three (3) Directors and no more than fifteen (15) Directors. The Board of Directors shall consist of at least 66% of Mental Health Consumers (those who have received mental health services). The term of the Board of Directors shall be three (3) years. Board membership is contingent upon Board approval.
