Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) Facilitation

Developed by Dr. Mary Ellen Copeland, WRAP facilitation is a recovery & wellness based program that provides individuals the opportunity to develop a plan for a healthy living. Individuals attending the 3 day session will learn about:

  • The five key concepts of recovery,
  • How to create an individual plan for wellness that helps a person manage stress, troubling and intrusive thoughts, and negative thinking,
  • Understand & identify triggers and how to deal with triggers through an action plan,
  • Identify early warning signs and indicators that things are getting worse and how to develop an action plan to deal with both
  • Proactively prepare a plan in the event a person experiences a crisis
